General Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Please inspect your item thoroughly upon receiving it.
- For in-store purchases, returns/exchanges must be initiated within 72 hours of purchase with the original receipt.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
You can request a return/exchange if:
- The product has visible manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- The size significantly differs from the specifications provided.
Note: Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or exchange after accepting delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or prescription lenses.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact Us:
Message us within 24 hours of delivery with:- Your name & order ID
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue
- Prepare the Product:
- Pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Return Process:
- For online orders, the delivery personnel can collect the product during their next visit.
- For in-store purchases, visit our outlet with the product and receipt.
Refund Policy
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Payments made via online gateways will be refunded through the same method. Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile banking.
Scenarios Eligible for Refund:
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Incorrect product delivered.
Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Prescription & Customized Lens Policy
Since prescription and customized lenses are crafted based on your unique specifications, we do NOT offer returns or refunds for these items unless:
- There is an error in the prescription filled by us.
- The lenses are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Issues with Prescription Glasses:
- Wrong Prescription: Contact us with your original prescription copy.
- Uncomfortable Vision: Reach out for an assessment; we’ll verify the prescription and suggest solutions.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
- You can cancel or modify your order before it has been processed for shipment.
- Contact our customer support promptly with your order details.
